How long does setup take?
About fifteen minutes. Connect Instagram with a standard login, review your voice, and connect Shopify if you sell online. No developer needed.
Will the replies sound like us?
Your voice is drafted from your own Instagram history: tone, language, phrases you use and topics to avoid. You review it before anything goes live, and you can start in approval mode so every reply passes a person first.
Can I approve messages before they go out?
Yes. In With approval mode every reply and every discount waits in your Slack or your dashboard until someone approves, edits or rejects it.
Does it work on stories and ads?
Yes: story replies, story mentions and comments on your ads, as well as comments on posts and DMs.
How is revenue attributed?
Each conversation gets its own tracked link or single-use code. When a Shopify order uses one, it is matched to that conversation and to the post it started from.
I'm on WooCommerce. Can I use Salty?
